How Our Direct Mail Process Works
Direct mail works best when it is planned as a program, not a series of separate print projects.
Discovery & Program Selection
You start with a discovery call where we learn about your organization, campaign goals, timelines, data, and volume. Based on that conversation, we recommend the program structure that best fits your needs and provide clear pricing.
This step defines the foundation of your program, including format, frequency, data strategy, and timelines. When the program is planned correctly at the beginning, everything runs smoother later.
Onboarding & Setup
Once the program is approved, you are assigned a dedicated account manager and begin Varispark onboarding.
During onboarding, we build templates, set up data and personalization, configure your program, establish timelines, and train your team on the tools and process. This step is designed to save your team time, reduce rework, and create a repeatable process for future campaigns.
Production & Ongoing Execution
After onboarding is complete, your program moves into production and execution. We manage printing, data processing, postage preparation, mailing logistics, and delivery coordination.
From this point forward, campaigns run on systematically, timelines become predictable, and the program can scale as your organization grows.
